- Semi-private lessons will usually have at least 2 and no more than 4 students per session.Semi-privates must be scheduled with the Chief Instructor at least one week in advance.
- We must have 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to reschedule a semi-private lesson. The schedule for these lessons is tight and other students can be substituted for make-ups when we have sufficient notice. Semi-private lessons may not be rescheduled without sufficient notice, no exceptions (in the case of sudden illness on the part of the student, a shorter notice period may be allowed by the instructor).
- Make-up semi-privates must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled semi-private lesson.
- Semi-privates may be transferred to other immediate family members in the same "student category" (i.e. Preteens may make-up semi-privates for other Preteens in the same family, but they may not make-up semi-privates for Tigers).
- There will be no refunds for missed semi-private lessons.
