| Tiger Kempo | Our youngest beginners start here, learning respect, self-discipline, and self-control along with punches, kicks and their very first techniques |

| Leopard Kempo | Similar to our Tiger Kempo program, our Leopards are beginners learning the rules of the school, basic karate moves, and techniques with kids of their own age |

| Preteen Kempo | Preteens are beginners through advanced ranks who are expected to have better focus and show an understanding of the school rules at all times; students may advance all the way to junior black belt in this program |

| Young Adult Kempo | Young Adults are beginners through advanced ranks of junior black belt who learn all the material required to earn the rank of Shodan, or first degree black belt; these students display an exceptional understanding of the school rules at all times and are role models for younger students; these students may be recommended by their instructors to enter our junior instructor-in-training program |

| Adult Kempo | Adult students receive a well-rounded training program, including warm-ups/stretching; basic punching and kicking exercises; combination, kempo, and jiu jitsu self-defense techniques; and katas or forms. This program prepares students for belt rank advancement, develops self-defense awareness and preparedness skills, and increases mental focus and physical strength |

| Students of all ages and ranks may attend this drop-in time class time to work on techniques, forms or material of their choosing. Instructors are available for supervision and assistance. |

| Semi-private Lessons | Semi-private lessons are availble to supplement any of the above programs. A private lesson is defined as one half-hour lesson with 2-4 students led by a full-time instructor. Private lessons are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advanced with the Chief Instructor. Please see our Semi-Private Lesson Policy for details. |

| Tai Chi | Soft-style martial art focusing on healing meditation, relaxation exercises, and slow-moving forms to improve body alignment and balance. Our program teaches long meditative forms and self-defense applications that focus on redirecting energy. Students learn to harness and grow internal chi energy providing a wide variety of health benefits. |

| Demonstration Team | Our demonstration team is a non-competitive performance group open to youth students of all ages, ranks, and abilities. The team practices twice each month, preparing material to perform at special events, including Kid Fest (Wilton), Concert on the Green (Redding), anniversary celebrations at the Center, and many other fun occasions throughout the year. There is no additional cost to participate in this program, only a love of the martial arts and a willingness to attend practices and performances on a regular basis.
