Our demonstration team is a non-competitive performance group open to youth students of all ages, ranks, and abilities. The team generally practices twice each month, preparing material to perform at special events throughout the year. There is no additional cost to participate in this program, only a love of the martial arts and a willingness to attend practices and performances on a regular basis.

Practices are held from 6:00 - 7:15 pm on the dates listed below. Performances are announced as soon as they are scheduled. Check the table below for details.
